I listen to the land, to my customers, and to the rhythms of nature.​ Founded in 2024 in memory of my grandfather and inspired by the birth of my second child, Ascolta Farm is a woman-owned, small-scale farm in Northwest Louisiana. I grow and hand-harvest fresh, local produce and flowers using sustainable and organic practices.​Instead of trying to grow everything, we focus on specific crops and their unique varieties—offering the best of what we grow, straight to your table.
